Tsering Dolma
Tsering Dolma, a Tibetan refugee in India has a life-endangering
case of scoliosis, thought to be 14, she suffers from acute scoliosis, which is causing her spine to twist like a corkscrew and crush her internal organs.

Tsering Dolma
Tsering Dolma, Dorje Dolma, & Nima Dongzhou all had severe scoliosis that is life threatening. Tsering is from India, Dorse from Nepal, Nima from Tibet. All three have successfully completed their surgeries. Nima has returned to Tibet, Dorje was adopted by an American family and Tsering still remains in the hospital recovering from her last surgery.

Tsering Dolma, having recently arrived from India, full of questions about what she's about to go through, finds comfort in Dorje Dolma.
